摘  要:依据ECE R129法规,针对某款儿童约束系统进行了侧面碰撞台车试验,分析儿童假人的损伤规律,并且探究侧面碰撞中儿童约束系统保护效果的影响因素。研究表明:随着假人年龄的减小,头部和胸部的伤害值呈增高的趋势。侧面碰撞中,头枕形状和材料刚度以及儿童约束系统与门板接触区的材料刚度会影响其保护效果。利用以上方法改进后有效降低了Q0假人头部伤害,头部合成3,ms加速度和头部伤害指标HPC(15)均降低20%,以上,满足法规限值要求。A side impact test for child restraint system was carried out according to ECE R129regulations to analyze the injury law of child-sized dummy and explore the influencing factors of child restraint system protection in the side impact.The results show that with the decrease of the age of the dummy,both head and chest damage values increa.In the side impact,the shape of headrest,the material stiffness,and material stiffness in the contact area between the child restraint system and door panel will affect its protective effect.The improvement of the program has effectively reduced the head injury of Q0dummy,with head synthesis3,ms acceleration and head injury index HPC(15)decreased by more than20%,.
