摘  要:利用泰州气象站1966—2003年年最大风速序列资料,在均一性检验基础上,应用耿贝尔极值Ⅰ型分布,推算出泰州地区10,m高度处不同重现期(100,a、50,a、30,a、10,a)的风速极值。在泰州电视塔上开展35,m、85,m和135,m梯度风观测,结合泰州气象站同步风速观测资料,计算泰州地区风廓线指数,从而得出不同高度不同重现期(100,a、50,a、30,a、10,a)的最大风速极值。结果表明:应用梯度风观测资料估算未来若干年不同高度的最大风速极值,能够为高层建筑抗风设计提供科学经济的气象参数,亦提高了气象灾害风险评估的技术含量。Based on the series of annual maximum wind velocity data measured by weather stations in Taizhou from1966to2003,the maximum wind velocity at the height of10m above surface in Taizhou area for different return periods(100,a,50,a,30,a,10,a)were estimated by using the means of Gumbel I extreme value distribution on the basis of homogeneity test.The gradient wind observations at the height of35,meters,85,meters and135,meters on Taizhou TV tower were carried out and the wind profile in Taizhou area was calculated combining with synchronous wind observations of the weather stations.Thus,the maximum wind velocity extremum of high-rise buildings at different return periods(100,a,50,a,30,a,10,a)were obtained,which would be compared with the maximum wind velocity derived from the formula of the national fundamental wind pressure.The results showed that the application of gradient wind observation data in the estimation of the extreme maximum wind velocity in the coming years can provide scientific and cost-saving meteorological parameters for the wind resistant design of high-rise buildings and improve the technical content of meteorological disaster risk assessment.
