科技期刊助力现代公共文化服务体系路径研究

摘　　要：维护公民权益,满足人民群众文化需求,是现代公共文化服务体系的根本目的。科技期刊是现代公共文化服务体系提供的文化产品之一。通过研读国家有关文件,探索了现代公共文化服务体系的概念历程,在国家现代公共文化服务体系中,科技期刊起着相当重要的作用。随着时代的发展,国际化的需要,科技期刊也要适应时代步伐,以多媒体的形式服务公众,利用大数据向全媒体发展,助力国家现代公共文化服务体系建设。The fundamental purpose of modern public cultural services system is ensuring citizen’s interests and meeting the demand of people’s culture.One of the cultural products provided by modern public cultural services system is technical journal.Through studying relevant state documents,this paper explores the concept development process of modern public cultural services system.It points out that technical journals should advance with the times,serve the public in the form of multimedia,develop into the all-media by using big data to support the modern public culture service system.
