摘　　要：终末期心脏衰竭的最佳治疗手段是心脏移植,然而心脏移植手术的发展仍然比较缓慢,主要原因之一在于术后出现的各种并发症。因此,预防和及时干预并发症是提高移植效果的关键。本文结合国内外大量文献,对心脏移植术后常见的并发症及其干预措施综述如下。Cardiac transplantation is the best treatment for end?stage heart failure.However,heart transplant surgery is still developing slowly,and one of the major causes of complications is postoperative complications.Therefore,timely intervention of complications is the key to improve the effect of transplantation.By referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literature,the article reviewed the possible complications and treatment after heart transplantation.
