摘　　要：简述了武汉市国土规划执法监察信息平台的建设目标与任务,重点阐述了基于"国土规划云"的平台总体架构设计、业务逻辑设计、数据库结构设计、数据交换网络结构设计以及平台功能设计(桌面端和移动端),总结了平台建设研究的技术创新和应用成效,可为有序利用土地资源、加强自然资源管理以及强化"智慧国土"应用等方面提供借鉴和实施路径。This paper briefly described the goals and tasks of the land resource and planning supervision of law enforcement information platform of Wuhan City. The paper focused on the overall architecture design, business logic design, database structure design and data-exchange network structure design,as well as the platform functional design(desktop and mobile), which based on Land Planning Cloud, and then summarized the technological innovation and application effectiveness of platform construction. This study can provide some references and implementation paths for the orderly use of land resources, strengthening of the natural resources management and the application of Smart Land.
