宫颈钳钳夹宫颈治疗产后出血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈钳钳夹宫颈治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法:收治产后出血患者60例,随机分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组采用宫颈钳钳夹宫颈治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率、治疗后2 h出血量、24 h出血量和止血时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈钳钳夹宫颈治疗产后出血的临床效果较好。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cervical forceps to clamp the cervix in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:60 patients with postpartum hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The study group was treated with cervical forceps to clamp the cervix.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the total effective rate of treatment,the amount of bleeding within 2 hours after treatment,the amount of bleeding within 24 hours after treatment and the time of hemostasis were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of cervical forceps to clamp the cervix in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage was significant.
