摘　　要：莫西沙星是临床常用的广谱抗菌药物,其可导致QT间期延长,作为抗心律失常药物的胺碘酮,同样可引起QT间期延长。本文报告莫西沙星合用胺碘酮致高龄患者反复发作尖端扭转性室速患者1例,并进行总结。Moxifloxacin is a widely used broad spectrum antibiotic in clinical,which can lead to the prolongation of QT interval,amiodarone,an antiarrhythmic drug,can also cause an extension of the QT interval.This article reported 1 case of recurrent torsadesdepoints induced by amiodarone combined with moxifloxacin,and made a summary.
