通窍活血汤加减应用于内伤瘀血性头痛临床治疗中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨通窍活血汤加减治疗内伤瘀血性头痛的疗效。方法:收治内伤瘀血性头痛患者90例,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用尼莫地平片治疗,研究组采用通窍活血汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组头痛积分和复发率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通窍活血汤加减治疗内伤瘀血性头痛的疗效显著。Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in the treatment of headache of internal injury and ecchymosis.Methods:90 patients with headache of internal injury and ecchymosis were chosen,and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated by nimodipine tablets.The study group was treated with modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the score of headache and the recurrence rate of the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of modified Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in the treatment of headache of internal injury and ecchymosis was significant.
