蒲地蓝消炎口服液佐治急性化脓性扁桃体炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗急性化脓性扁桃体炎的效果。方法:收治急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者127例,随机分为对照组63例与观察组64例。对照组给予头孢替唑静滴抗感染治疗,观察组在此基础上给予蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗。结果:治疗1周后,观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组并发症高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规对症治疗基础上给予急性化脓性扁桃体炎患者蒲地蓝消炎口服液,可快速改善患者病症,提高治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid in the treatment of acute suppurative flat pick inflammation.Methods:127 cases of acute suppurative flat pick inflammation were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(with 63 cases)and the observation group(with 64 cases).The control group were given intravenous ceftezole anti infection treatment,and the observation group received Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid.Results:After treatment for 1 week,the total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the complication of the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,Pudilan antiphlogistic oral liquid based on the conventional symptomatic treatment on acute suppurative arthritis patients with flat pick inflammation,can rapidly improve the symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect.
