摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理在无痛肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法:收治行无痛肠镜检查的患者100例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全程人性化舒适护理。结果:观察组SAS评分、满意度、不良反应及并发症等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对行无痛肠镜检查的患者,采用人性化护理模式能够提升患者满意度,进一步降低操作风险,提升无痛肠镜检查安全性。Objective:To explore the application of humanized nursing on the painless colonoscopy.Methods:100 patients with painless colonoscopy were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 cases in each.The control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group were given the full range of human comfort care.Results:The SAS score,satisfaction,adverse reaction and complications in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of humanized nursing mode on patients with painless colonoscopy can improve patient satisfaction,further reduce operational risk and improve the safety of painless enteroscopy.
