红霉素软膏联合个性化健康教育应用在扣眼穿刺中的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨红霉素软膏联合个性化健康教育在扣眼穿刺中的应用。方法:收治采用自体动静脉内瘘行钝针扣眼穿刺的维持性血液透析患者40例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组采用红霉素软膏联合常规健康教育,观察组采用红霉素软膏联合个性化健康教育。结果:观察组护理满意度、瘙痒及穿刺点渗血优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将红霉素软膏联合专项健康教育应用在钝针扣眼穿刺中,能提高穿刺效果及护理满意度,减少穿刺点渗血等内瘘不良并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the application of erythromycin ointment personalized health education in the buttonhole puncture.Methods:40 cases of hemodialysis patients treated by autologous arteriovenous fistula in maintenance of blunt needle puncture were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 20 cases in each group.The control group were treated with erythromycin ointment combined with conventional health education,while the observation group were given erythromycin ointment combined with personalized health education.Results:The nursing satisfaction,pruritus and puncture point osmotic blood in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Erythromycin ointment combined with special health education application in blunt needle puncture hole,can improve the effect of puncture and nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of bleeding at the puncture point and other adverse complications of fistula.
