农药中毒清醒患者洗胃术前心理分析及护理措施

摘　　要：目的:探讨对农药中毒清醒患者洗胃手术前进行心理护理的效果。方法:收治农药中毒患者104例,对其进行心理分析,并根据分析结果采取不同心理护理措施。结果:在采取心理分析及心理护理措施之前,患者配合率仅44.23%;实施心理护理后,患者配合率98.08%(P<0.05)。结论:通过术前准确的心理分析并积极采取针对性的心理护理措施,能够有效提升患者对洗胃手术治疗的依从性。Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing before the gastric lavage operation for the sober patients with pesticide poisoning.Methods:104 patients with pesticide poisoning were selected.They were treated with psychological analysis,and different psychological nursing measures were taken according to the results of the analysis.Results:Before the psychological analysis and psychological nursing measures were taken,only 44.23%of the patients were matched.After the psychological nursing,the patient's coordination rate was 98.08%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Accurate psychological analysis before operation and active psychological nursing measures can effectively improve the compliance of gastric lavage.
