摘　　要：目的:探讨血管性痴呆(VD)患者家庭照顾常见问题及家庭护理指导的影响。方法:收治在家由家属照顾的血管性痴呆患者20例,进行常见问题分析并进行家庭护理指导,跟踪回访患者出院后家庭持续照顾的情况。结果:20例患者生活质量、病情明显改善,延缓了痴呆进程。未发生并发症,没有1例死亡,照顾者得心应手。结论:通过家庭照顾常见问题的护理干预、膳食指导、留置胃管护理指导、皮肤护理、生活护理指导、睡眠管理、安全防范、认知、机体功能训练、服药指导、病情观察,患者在家得到及时、有效的家庭照顾,促进血管性痴呆患者的康复,具有重要意义。Objective:To explore the common problems of family care in patients with vascular dementia and the influence of family care guidance.Methods:Twenty patients with vascular dementia who were taken care of by their families at home were enrolled.We made a common problem analysis and a family care guide to the patients,and followed up the situation of family continuing care after discharge from the hospital.Results:The quality of life and the condition of the 20 patients were obviously improved,and the process of dementia was delayed.There were no complications,no 1 death,and the caregivers were handy.Conclusion:Through the family care of common problems such as nursing intervention,dietary guidance,indwelling gastric tube nursing guidance,skin care,life care guidance,sleep management,safety precaution,cognition,body function training,medication guidance and patient observation,effective family care and promote the rehabilitation of patients with vascular dementia is of great significance.
