大学生创业意愿与创业行动对接机制研究——基于天津高校问卷调查的实证分析

摘　　要：面向天津市高校发放创业的相关调查问卷,从创业意愿、创业能力、创业行动等方面分析天津市大学生创业意愿与行动之间的困境,提出高校应构建创业意愿与创业行动相结合的"双导向"理念,激发学生创业目标,鼓励学生创业实践,培育创业意愿和创业行动对接的模式。提出几点行动对策:提供多渠道的创业实战模拟机会;建立真正实践并且能"落地"的师生创业合作平台;探索以微技术为切入口的师徒合作创业模式。Send questionnaire survey of college students in Tianjin, from entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurial capability, entrepreneurial action aspects were analyzed between the plight of entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial action in college students, suggesting combined with the "double orientation" concept,to provide platform for multi-level business simulation, set up multi-channel docking chances, promote all-round entrepreneurial action.
