摘　　要：分析了干熄炉炉顶水封槽损坏的原因,通过改进水封槽结构和增加耐高温阻燃隔热浇注料,改善了水封槽的整体刚性和耐热性能,延长了备件的使用寿命,降低了设备成本,创造了经济效益。The reasons for the damage of the water seal tank on the top of CDQ chamber are analyzed.By improving the structure of water seal tank and adding high temperature resistant and inflaming retarding and thermal insulating material,the overall rigidity and thermal endurance of the water seal tank are improved,the service life of spare parts is extended and the equipment cost is reduced with an annual economic benefit of 556 000 Yuan/set.
