摘　　要：分析了干熄焦锅炉受热面积灰的原因以及对生产的危害,介绍了声波吹灰的原理、高声强可调频声波吹灰系统的组成、特性,以及应用于干熄焦锅炉除灰的具体实践与实际使用效益。The reasons for the ash accumulation in the CDQ boiler pipe and the harm to production are analyzed.The working principle of sonic soot blowing,the composition and features of sonic soot blower of high sound intensity and adjustable frequency,its application on CDQ boiler and actual effectiveness are introduced.
