摘　　要：随着广东省粤港澳大湾区战略的逐步推进及实施,珠三角高校金融人才培养的供给侧改革刻不容缓。本文选择广州地区独立学院为样本,通过实地调研10所独立学院金融专业的相关老师及学生,探究独立学院金融专业的供给侧改革现状及问题。调研结果显示,广州地区独立学院普遍存在供给师资技能乏力、实训课程比例低、校内外合作资源耦合度低、供给平台凝聚力弱等问题。针对这些不足,本文提出了一系列加强供给侧改革的切实性策略。With the progressive promotion and implementation of the strategy of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay Area,supply-side reform of financial talents training in colleges and universities in the Pearl River Delta is of great urgency.This paper chooses independent colleges in Guangzhou as samples to investigate the present situation and problems of supply-side reform of finance major in independent colleges through on-spot investigation of relevant teachers and students in finance major of 10 independent colleges; The survey results show that the independent colleges in Guangzhou generally have such problems as weak supply of teachers,low proportion of practical training courses,low coupling of cooperation resources inside and outside the school,weak cohesion of the supply platform,etc.In response to these shortcomings,the article presents a series of practical strategies for strengthening supply-side reform of financial professionals.
