摘 要:采用常规生产工艺制作了7Ni钢,在力学性能、CCT曲线、微观组织等方面与9Ni钢进行了对比。结果表明,7Ni钢与9Ni钢的CCT曲线、显微组织和力学性能均相近,但7Ni钢的屈强比较低。7Ni钢中Cr、Mo合金元素的加入,弥补了因Ni的质量分数降低2%造成的强度下降。7Ni钢经两次淬火+高温回火热处理后,获得的奥氏体量与9Ni钢相比虽略有差异,但形成了晶粒更加细小的薄膜状奥氏体,同样有利于韧性的提高。A kind of7Ni steel was made by conventional productive technology,and compared with9Ni steel in terms of mechanical properties,CCT curve and microstructure.The results showed that7Ni and9Ni steels produced by the same process were similar in CCT curves,microstructures and mechanical properties,however,the yielding-to-tensile ratio of7Ni steel was lower than that of9Ni steel.The additions of chromium and molybdenum to7Ni steel made up for reduction in strength due to2%by mass decrease in nickel content in it.The7Ni steel subjected to two separate quenchings followed by high temperature tempering was slightly different from the9Ni steel in the amount of austenite,however,austenite in the form of thin film in the former,is also beneficial to an increase in its toughness.
