摘 要:传统单相电流源型逆变器在PWM过程中,直流侧储能电感电流在一个开关周期内通常被视为恒定,忽略了储能电感的充放电过程,导致储能电感电流出现断续或持续增加的问题。首先,对传统单相电流源型逆变器(CSI)直流侧拓扑进行改进,深入分析调制过程中储能电感的工作模式,推导出任意工作条件下储能电感电流最小限定值,并针对改进拓扑设计调制策略以维持储能电感电流的稳定。其次,通过引入交流侧电压、电流的正交虚拟分量,建立单相CSI在两相旋转坐标系下的数学模型,设计逆变器输出电压的闭环控制策略。仿真和实验结果表明,直流储能电感电流的最小限定值能够满足交流侧的电流需求且储能电感电流维持在限定值附近,同时逆变器输出电压能够精确跟随给定,证明了本文所提的优化调制及控制策略的可行性与正确性。In PWM process,the DC storage inductance current of traditional single-phase current source inverter(CSI)is usually considered constant and the charge-discharge process is ignored in a modulation cycle,causing the increase of storage inductance current discontinuous or continuous.The DC-side topology of single-phase CSI was improved in this paper.Working mode of storage inductance was thoroughly analyzed in modulation process.The least limited value of storage inductance current was derived under each working condition,and the modulation strategy was designed to maintain storage inductance current constant for improved topology.By introducing the virtual current and voltage of AC-side,the mathematical model of single-phase CSI was derived in two-phase rotating reference frame,and the closed-loop control strategy of output voltage was designed.Both the simulation and experimental results show that the least limited value of storage inductance current can meet the demand of AC-side and maintain within a certain range.Besides,output voltage of CSI can accurately follow the given value.Thus,the proposed modulation strategy and control method are verified.
