基于冲天炉熔炼的铝锭模材料分析与制备

摘  要:针对铝锭模的使用条件,分析其性能要求,确定材质特点以及所选定的球墨铸铁具体化学成分范围;并在基于冲天炉条件下,着重从生产铝锭模的铸造原材料、炉料配比两个方面分析冲天炉熔炼球墨铸铁的可行性,通过合理选择和调整原材料与加入量,有效克服了冲天炉焦炭熔炼环境中杂质元素含量居高难下的生产弱点,最终达到球墨铸铁件的质量要求;具体制定出采用特级新生铁和中锰本溪生铁生产时的炉料成分和配比。According to the use conditions of aluminum ingot mold,its performance requirements were analyzed,and the material characteristicsl and the specific chemical composition range of the selected modular cast iron were determined.Then,the feasibility of smelting ductile iron in cupola was analyzed from the aspects of raw materials and burdening proportion of ingot mold production.Through reasonable selection and adjustment of materials and the additive amount,the shortcoming that high proportion of impurity element is hard to be reduced in cupola s coke melting environment hadbeen overcome effectively;the quality requirements of ductile iron casting had been met eventually;Finally,the charge composition and proportions in concrete scheme of using special grade new iron and medium manganese Benxi cast iron to product aluminum ingot mold had been made out.
