摘　　要：目的对比观察脊髓损伤后大小便失禁患者应用会阴评估量表(Perineal assessment tool,PAT)预防失禁性皮炎(incontinence-associated dermatitis,IAD)的效果。方法选取于2015年5月至2016年11月入住四川大学华西医院骨科的128例脊髓损伤后大小便失禁患者,随机分为对照组和试验组各64例。对照组:根据医嘱护理级别,实行分级护理;试验组:在实行等级护理的同时,还根据PAT评分,采取对会阴部的针对性护理措施。结果观察组的IAD发生率为9.38%,明显低于试验组的26.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PAT可有效降低脊髓损伤后大小便失禁患者IAD的发生率,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of Perineal Assessment Tool(PAT)on the prevention of the incontinence-associated dermatitis(IAD)in patients with gatism after spinal cord injury.Methods128gatism cases after spinal cord injury treated from May of2015to November of2016in West China Hospital of Sichuan University were selected and divided randomly into the control group and observation group,and each group consisted of64cases.The control group was given the grading nursing care according to doctors'advice,while the observation group was given the perineal nursing care by the PAT score as well as the grading nursing care.Results The IAD incidence of the observation group(9.38%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(26.56%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The Perineal Assessment Tool could effectively prevent the incidence of incontinence-associated dermatitis in patients with gatism after spinal cord injury,so it is worth popularizing.
