摘 要:针对已有海上态势感知和海上情报与海域感知(MDA)的诸多不同,依据美国《为海上安全国家战略而实现海域感知的国家规划》、《海军的海域感知概念》和《国家的海域感知作战概念》3份相关文件,介绍了MDA概念和目的,从美国MDA体系结构、信息收集与存储维护、信息传输与安全保密和信息处理与分发4个方面解读了美国MDA功能性技术需求,归纳了其关键技术需求及特点,有助于深入理解MDA关键技术实现和发展。Aimed at the differences among maritime situation awareness,the maritime intelligence and the maritime domain awareness(MDA),according to three documents,including National Plan to Achieve Maritime Domain Awareness for The National Strategy for Maritime Security?Navy Maritime Domain Awareness Concept and National Concept o f Operations for Maritime Domain Awareness,the concept and the purpose of MDA are introduced.The functional technology requirements of U.S.MDA are interpreted from four aspects,including the architecture,the information collection and maintenance,the information transmission and security,and the information processing and distribution.The key technology requirements and their characteristics are summarized.It is helpful to understand the realization and the development of key MDA technologies.
