摘 要:首先,介绍了单呼叫流程中媒体处理基本原理;然后,针对指挥信息系统中单呼调度业务特殊流程,详细描述了其媒体协商过程;最后,分析了传统媒体协商方法的协商流程,并指出传统媒体协商方法将带来不必要的媒体资源消耗。通过统筹考虑调度流程中两侧会话的媒体协商过程,引入对端会话媒体作为媒体协商时的参考,从而影响媒体优先级排序,使得两侧会话媒体协商结果尽可能一致,避免了话音调度业务中不必要的媒体转换。试验表明,该方法可有效减少话音调度平台的媒体资源消耗。Firstly,the fundamental of media process in the single call session is introduced.Secondly,the media negotiation process is described for the single call voice scheduling special process in the command information system.Finally,the negotiation process of the traditional media negotiation method is analyzed,and the unnecessary media resource consumption is pointed out by the traditional media negotiation method.Considering the both sides of the session of the media negotiation process in the scheduling process,the end session media as the media negotiation reference is proposed,affecting the media priority ranking,the both sides of the media negotiation session are consistent,and the unnecessary media transformation of the voice scheduling is avoided.The experimental result shows that the method can effectively reduce the media resource consumption of the voice scheduling platform.
