摘　　要：针对智慧城市碎片化问题与智慧应用高效集成需求的矛盾,提出了一种面向新型智慧城市的开放云服务平台,通过建立信息共享和开放安全的新型智慧城市开放信息环境,形成智慧城市通用共享和融合框架,提供多云模式全局发现、异构资源整合调度、海量数据分析挖掘和信息服务按需分发等能力。给出了该平台运用模式,介绍了城市跨行业跨部门的各个异构业务系统的业务协同和信息共享支撑方式,实现了智慧城市综合应用。该平台可促进城市基础信息资源的开放利用,提高系统建设效率,为高度互连和协同的新型智慧城市信息系统提供支撑。Aimed at the contradiction between the fragmentation of the smart city and the efficient integration needs of intelligent application,an open cloud service platform for the new type of smart city is proposed.The common sharing and integration framework of the smart city is formed through establishing the information sharing environment with information sharing,and openness and security in the new type of smart city,thus providing capabilities of the global discovery in multi-cloud mode,the heterogeneous resource integration and scheduling,the massive data analysis and mining,and the information service distribution on demand.The application models for the open cloud service platform is provided.The business collaboration and the information sharing support methods for the cross-sectoral heterogeneous business system are introduced,thus the comprehensive application of the smart city is realized.The platform can promote the open utilization of the city infrastructure resources and improve the efficiency of the system construction,providing a support for information system of the new type of smart city with high interconnection and coordination.
