创新型人力资本对地区经济发展贡献率的实证研究——以山东省为例

摘　　要：知识经济时代呼唤具有创新精神和创新能力的创新型人才。通过选取科技成果数和专利授权数衡量创新型人力资本水平并建立生产函数模型,利用山东省2001-2015年的相关经济发展数据进行回归分析,测算创新型人力资本对山东省经济增长的贡献率。结果表明:创新型人力资本对经济发展贡献率具有显著的促进作用。为了提高创新型人力资本对地区经济增长的贡献率,山东省应当进一步加大创新型人力资本建设。The age of knowledge economy calls for innovative human with innovative spirit and creative ability.In this paper,by selecting the number of scientific and technological achievements and the number of patent licenses to measure the creative human capital and establish the production function model.The regression analysis calculates the contribution rate of innovative human capital to the economic growth of Shandong province during2001-2015.The results show that innovative human capital has a significant effect on the contribution rate of economic development.In order to improve the contribution rate of innovative human capital,Shandong should further strengthen the cultivation of innovative human capital.
