不同体重指数患者血糖、血脂及血清因子水平的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨不同体重指数患者的血糖、血脂等代谢指标及血清因子水平变化。方法选取到本院体检中心就诊的50例肥胖患者作为肥胖组、选取体重超重的患者50例作为超重组、50例体重正常的患者作为正常组,比较三组的临床资料、代谢指标及血清因子因子等指标。结果肥胖组患者的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、HOMA-IR值均高于超重组及正常组(P<0.05);肥胖组患者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于超重组及正常组(P<0.05);肥胖组的C反应蛋白(CRP)、磷脂酰基醇蛋白聚糖-4(GPC-4)、鸢尾素(Irisin)、肿瘤坏死因子-ɑ(TNF-ɑ)测定值均显著的高于超重组及正常组(P<0.05);超重组患者的CRP、GPC-4、Irisin、TNF-ɑ测定值均显著高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论肥胖患者体内可能存在慢性炎症状态及胰岛素抵抗,代谢指标及血清因子水平高于超重患者及正常体重者。To observe the levels of blood glucose,serum lipid and serum factors in cases with different body mass indexes(BMI).In total,150cases were selected,including50obese cases(obese group),50cases with overweight(overweight group)and50cases with normal weight(normal group);a comparative study was made to the clinical data and the indexes of metabolic markers and serum factors.The levels of SBP,DBP,LDL-C,TG,FINS and the value of HOMA-IR of the cases in obese group were higher than those of the cases in overweight group and normal group(P<0.05)while the level of HDL-C of the cases in obese group was lower than that in overweight group and in normal group(P<0.05);the measured values of CRP,GPC-4,Irisin and TNF-ɑin obese group were higher than those in overweight group and normal group(P<0.05)and those in overweight group was much higher than those in normal group(P<0.05).There might exist chronic inflammation and insulin resistance in obese cases and their levels of metabolic indexes and serum factors are higher than the levels of cases with overweight and normal weight.
