某独立学院大学生体质健康现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的调查独立学院大学生体质健康状况,为促进大学生体质健康相关研究提供理论依据。方法以某学院4328名大学生的体质测试数据为研究资料,分析大学生身体形态、机能、素质方面的情况,并对不同年级间的各项体质指标进行比较研究。结果某学院大学生体质健康测试成绩总体合格率为97.8%,良好以上比例为20.4%,其中体重指数正常比例为79.4%、肺活量与柔韧素质良好以上分别为34.1%与38.5%、心肺耐力良好以上占18.6%;肌肉力量男生不及格率为76.4%。高年级男生的肺活量显著高于低年级男生,女生在速度与心肺耐力成绩上均表现为高年级学生较低年级学生差;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论某学院大学生体质状况总体合格率高,但多数指标优秀与良好比例低;大学生心肺耐力与肌肉力量素质总体偏弱,且男生肌肉力量总体水平低的现象十分突出。Objective To understand the status quo of independent college students’physical health so as to obtain the theoretical knowledge for the promotion of college students'physical health.Method We firstly collected the physical test data of4328students from an independent college as the research data.We next surveyed the subjects’body shape,function and physical quality aspects of the situation and then made a comparative study on the physique index among students of different grades.Findings The college students’physical health test results pass rate was97.8%.The excellent and good rate was20.4%.The normal ratio of body mass index was79.4%.The good above rate of vital capacity and flexibility were34.1%and38.5%respectively.The excellent and good rate of cardiopulmonary endurance accounted for18.6%and the failure rate of muscle strength in boys was76.4%.The vital capacity of boys in higher grades was significantly higher than that of boys in lower grades(P<0.05).The speed and cardiopulmonary endurance of senior female students were significantly worse than junior female students(P<0.05).Conclusion The pass rate of students'physical health test is high.However,the excellent and good rates are low,which implies that the cardiopulmonary endurance and muscle strength are fairly weak.The level of muscle strength in boys is considerably low.
