摘 要:目的分析年龄、性别及季节对西安市0~12岁儿童维生素D状态的影响,为本地区防治儿童维生素D缺乏提供科学依据。方法采用化学发光法检测1 333例0~12岁西安市健康儿童血清25-(OH)D水平,并进行统计学分析。结果 0~12岁儿童血清25-(OH)D总体水平为(31.69±17.07)ng/mL。1 333例儿童中,血清25-(OH)D充足618例(46.36%)、缺乏444例(33.31%)、不足组256例(19.20%)。不同年龄组血清25-(OH)D水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。婴儿组血清25-(OH)D水平为(38.17±18.40)ng/mL,学龄组为(24.02±13.21)ng/mL,随着年龄增长,血清25-(OH)D水平降低。学龄组男童血清25-(OH)D水平低于女童(P<0.05)。春、夏季血清25-(OH)D水平均高于冬季(P<0.05)。冬季维生素D缺乏及不足率均高于其他3组(P<0.05)。结论西安市3~12岁儿童普遍存在维生素D缺乏或不足,应加强该年龄段儿童户外活动;必要时给予维生素D制剂干预。Objective To analyze the impact of age,gender and season on the vitamin D status of children aged 0 to 12 in Xi'an city and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of children with vitamin D deficiency.Methods The serum 25-(OH)D levels of 1333 cases of healthy children aged 0 to 12 from Xi'an city were detected by the chemiluminescence method and analyzed statistically.Results The average serum 25-(OH)D level of those children was(31.69±17.07)ng/mL.There were 618 cases(46.36%)with vitamin D sufficiency,444 cases(33.31%)with vitamin D insufficiency,256 cases(19.20%)with vitamin D deficiency among those children.The serum 25-(OH)D levels were significantly different between different age groups(P<0.05).The serum 25-(OH)D levels were(38.17±18.40)ng/mL in the infant group and(24.02±13.21)ng/mL in the school-age group,and they decreased with the growth of age.The serum 25-(OH)D levels of boys were significantly lower than those of girls in the school-age group(P<0.05).The serum 25-(OH)D levels were significantly higher in Spring and Summer than in Winter(P<0.05).The percentages of vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency were significantly higher in winter than in the other three seasons(P<0.05).Conclusion A high incidence of vitamin D deficiency or insufficiency is found in children aged 3 to 12 in Xi'an city,so outdoor activities should be strengthened for them and vitamin D preparations should be given to them if necessary.
