摘 要:采用扫描电镜、粗糙度分析仪和电化学分析技术等手段研究了冷轧钢板表面粗糙度对耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,随着冷轧钢板表面粗糙度Ra的增大,其表面自腐蚀电位先增大后减小。当表面粗糙度R_a为1.25μm时,冷轧钢板表面自腐蚀电位为-0.35 V。粗糙度影响冷轧钢板表面氧化膜的均匀性和致密性,从而影响冷轧钢板的耐蚀性。氧化膜用电化学方法消除后,冷轧钢板表面粗糙度和耐蚀性均降低,表面极化曲线的自腐蚀电位由-0.47 V下降到-0.75 V,且阳极极化曲线的腐蚀电流也随之增大。随着表面粗糙度的增大,冷轧钢板表面接触角先减小后增大。当表面粗糙度Ra控制在1.20~1.25μm时,冷轧钢板表面的接触角较小,耐蚀性较好。Effect on surface roughness on corrosion resistance of cold-rolled plate was investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),roughness analyzer and electrochemical analysis technique.The results showed with the increase of surface roughness Ra,the self-corrosion potential of the cold-rolled plate surface first increased and then decreased,and that when the roughness was1.25μm,the self-corrosion potential of the cold-rolled plate surface was-0.35V.The roughness Ra affected uniformity and compactness of oxide film on the cold-rolled plate surface,therefore,its corrosion resistance.After the oxide film was removed by using an electrochemical treatment,both the surface roughness and the corrosion resistance of the cold-rolled plate decreased,the self-corrosion potential of the surface polarization curve decreased from-0.47V to-0.75V,but the corrosion current of anodic polarization curve increased.With the increase of surface roughness,the contact angle of the cold-rolled plate surface first decreased and then increased.When the roughness Ra ranged from1.20μm to1.25μm,the cold-rolled plate surface offered smaller contact angle and better corrosion resistance.
