摘  要:针对侧风环境下,间接空冷塔冷却效率出现大幅下降,部分散热器换热管束在低温环境下发生冻结开裂问题,对某电厂200MW海勒式间接空冷塔在夏季(300K)和冬季(263K)工况下的流动换热情况进行数值计算。通过调节迎风侧和背风侧扇区百叶窗的开度,利用Fluent软件,分别模拟得到空冷塔的流场和温度场,并耦合计算得到各扇区的出口水温及塔出口水温。结果表明:侧风环境下,关小迎风侧和背风侧扇区百叶窗的开度能够增强侧面扇区散热器的对流换热,夏季时应根据环境风速的大小适当调节迎风侧和背风侧扇区百叶窗开度,冬季时应适当关小迎风侧和背风侧扇区百叶窗开度。该方案在降低环境侧风对空冷机组运行造成的不利影响方面具有重要的理论意义和工程价值。In crosswind environment,the cooling efficiency of the indirect air cooling tower has decreased greatly,and part of radiators has been frozen and cracked with low temperature.Thus,taking the200MW Heller indirect air cooling tower as the example,this paper numerically simulates the flow and heat transfer performance in summer(300K)and winter(263K)conditions.Through adjusting the opening degree of the louvers,different flow fields and temperature fields of indirect air cooling tower can be obtained by using Fluent.Outlet temperatures of the tower and different sections can be calculated by coupling.The results show that,under crosswind,heat convection of the lateral sections'radiators can be enhanced by reducing the opening degree of louvers at windward and leeward sections.It is suggested that properly regulating the opening degree of louver at windward and leeward side in summer and decreasing that in winter.This scheme has important theoretical significance and engineering value in reducing the adverse effects caused by ambient crosswind to air cooling units'operation.
