摘 要:对某电厂600 MW汽轮机低压第6级叶片断裂事故现场及运行历史数据进行了调查分析,对断裂叶片进行理化检验和断口分析,对叶片离心应力和叶轮叶片系统振动特性进行了有限元计算分析,基于上述工作综合分析了叶片断裂原因。该叶片断裂失效类型是应力腐蚀,裂纹扩展过程中伴随着疲劳扩展。导致叶片发生断裂的主要原因是叶轮叶片系统1阶6节径动频率未能有效地避开"三重点"共振区域。Particular investigations on the failure site,operation files and history data of a600MW unit steam turbine were performed.The material physical and chemical tests and fracture analysis for the blade were implemented.The blade centrifugal stress and the vibration characteristics of the blade disk system were analyzed using the finite element method(FEM).The results showed that,the failure type of the blade is stress corrosion,and the fatigue crack propagation is accompanied by fatigue propagation.The reason is that the vibration frequency of the blade disk system at the1st order and6th nodal diameter fell into the"triple coincidence criterion"resonance region.
