摘 要:以华能某电厂660MW机组为例,为使增设0号高加的机组在不同负荷工况下的汽轮机热耗率达到最小,采用EBSILON软件平台进行建模。通过对不同负荷、不同疏水方式下的仿真数据进行分析,得到机组的最佳给水温度和0号高加的最佳进汽压力,并提出0段抽汽管道上调节阀的调节方式,同时考虑电厂实际运行等问题给出0号高加进汽压力的调节范围。对经常参与调峰和长时间处于非设计工况运行下的同类型机组具有一定的指导意义。Taking660MW unit of Huaneng Power Plant as an example,in order to make the addition of No.0high pressure heater unit under different load conditions of the turbine heat consumption to a minimum,therefore,through the EBSILON software platform for simulation.Through the analysis of simulation data of different loads and different hydrophobic mode,get the best feed water temperature of the unit and the best inlet pressure of No.0high pressure and the adjustment method of the regulating valve on the0-stage steam extraction pipeline,meanwhile,taking into account the actual operation of power plants and other issues given No.0high pressure heater intake pressure adjustment range.It has certain guiding significance to the same type of units which are often involved in peak load regulation and long time in off design conditions.
