摘 要:针对华丰矿巨厚砾岩断裂会对采场造成冲击地压灾害且冲击地压主要发生在1411工作面回风巷的现象展开研究,并采用区域动力规划方法对巨厚砺岩断裂进行划分。通过分析围岩应变与应力的关系,提出工作面采用错层位内错式巷道布置形式的方案。同时,由于巷道布置形式的优化造成覆岩离层分区发生变化,为进一步通过控制砾岩的断裂运动降低发生冲击地压的危险性,提出覆岩离层注浆的新技术。工程实践表明:采用新方案后1411工作面回风巷上方为上区段采空区垮落的矸石,吸收了绝大部分砾岩断裂产生的能量,改变了1411工作面回风巷发生冲击地压的现象。从注浆效果来看,有效控制了砾岩运动及其引起的地表下沉,大幅度节省了注浆钻孔工程量。The study was carried out aiming at the phenomena that the fracture of ultra thick conglomerate would cause the rock burst disaster in the stope and the rock burst mainly occurred in the return airway of 1411 mining face in Huafeng Mine,then the fracture of ultra thick conglomerate was divided by using the regional dynamic planning method.Through analyzing the relationship between the strain and stress of surrounding rock,it was put forward to adopt the scheme of staggered layer inner-staggered roadway layout form in the mining face.Meanwhile,due to the change of overburden separated strata partition caused by the optimization of roadway layout form,to further reduce the risk of rock burst through controlling the fractured movement of conglomerate,a new technology of overburden separated strata grouting was put forward.The engineering practice showed that after adopting the new scheme,the collapsed gangue from the upper section goaf was located above the return airway of 1411 mining face,which absorbed the vast majority of the energy produced by the fracture of conglomerate and changed the accident of rock burst in the return airway of 1411 mining face.From the aspect of grouting effect,the congl
