摘  要:[目的]调查紫泥围垦区海水中弧菌类群组成,为相关病害的预防和控制提供有价值的资料。[方法]采用TCBS(Thiosulfate Citrate Bile Salts Sucrose)培养基从紫泥围垦区海水中分离得到48株细菌,应用16S rRNA基因-RFLP(限制性酶切图谱多样性分析)、16S rRNA基因序列及系统进化分析方法对48个菌株进行分子鉴定。[结果]紫泥围垦区海水弧菌包括4个类群,分别为group 1-Vibrio crassostreae,占14.6%;group 2-V.atlanticus,占58.3%;group 3-V.splendidus,占12.5%;group 4-V.lentus,占14.6%。4类弧菌皆属于V.splendidus进化分支,能引起虾类、贝类动物的疾病。[结论]该研究明确了特定时间段内紫泥围垦区弧菌为V.splendidus相关的类群,对于针对性地防控这些弧菌引起的养殖动物疾病具有一定的指导价值。[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the diversity of Vibrio spp.in Zini marine aquaculture area.[Method]48strains were isolated from sea water of Zini marine aquaculture area by using TCBS agar plates and pure-cultivated on2216E agar plates.All strains were identified using the16S rRNA gene-restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP)analysis,16S rRNA gene sequence determination and phylogenetic analyses.[Result]48TCBS strains from Zini marine aquaculture area were classfied as4Vibrio species,which were group1-V.crassostreae(14.6%),group2-V.atlanticus(58.3%),group3-V.splendidus(12.5%),group4-V.lentus(14.6%).All the strains belong to V.splendidus clade,which occupies a lot of species with pathogenic potential for shrimp,crab and shellfish.[Conclusion]The potential pathogens of Vibrio in Zini marine aquaculture area are related to V.splendidus clade,which is useful for the prevention and control of potential pathogen infections in aquaculture.
