摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,构建现代农业体系,推进农业农村现代化顺应我国经济社会发展的客观趋势,符合当今世界农业发展的一般规律,是全面贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、决胜全面建成小康社会奋斗目标的必然要求,是加快社会主义现代化建设进程的重大任务。必须针对目前发展现代农业面临的问题,优化农业结构,健全现代农业的产业体系;强化科技支撑,完善现代农业生产体系;发展适度规模经营,构建现代农业经营体系;突出社会化,健全农业社会化服务体系;增加投入,完善农业支持保护制度,全面推进我国农业农村现代化建设。The implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country,building a modern agricultural system,promoting agricultural and rural modernization complies with the objective trend of China's economic and social development,and is consistent with the general rules of agricultural development in the world,and is to fully implement Xi Jinping China socialist thought,the inevitable requirement of building a well-off society goal,and is a major task of accelerating the process of socialist the modernization.According to the current development of modern agriculture problems,we should optimize agricultural structure,improve the modern agriculture industry system;Strengthen scientific and technological support,improve the modern agricultural production system;Develope appropriate scale operation,construct modern agricultural management system;Outstand socialization,perfect the agricultural social service system;Increase investment,improve agricultural support and protection system,and comprehensively promote agricultural and rural modernization in china.
