摘　　要：介绍了泾阳茯砖茶概况,从地理标志、农业生物遗传资源、传统知识保护、商标权、专利权、植物新品种权等方面,分析了泾阳茯砖茶的农业知识产权,并从知识产权、传统知识、农业科技、茶马古道文化、"一带一路"战略等方面,探讨了乡村振兴战略下该边销茶的农业知识产权保护与文化遗产传承对策。This paper introduced the general situation of Jingyang Fu brick tea,and analyzed the agricultural intellectual property rights of the tea,based on geographical indications,agricultural biological genetic resources,traditional knowledge protection,trademark rights,patent rights and new varieties of plant.This paper discussed the countermeasures of traditional tea culture inheritance and innovation development from the aspects of intellectual property protection,transmission of traditional knowledge,innovation of agricultural science and technology,cultural inheritance of Tea-horse Ancient Road,“The Belt and Road”.
