摘  要:水体中氨氮的过量容易导致水体富营养化,对自然环境造成极大的破坏。以磷酸为活化剂,按照不同的实验条件改性制备了油茶壳活性炭,利用所制备的油茶壳活性炭对水体中的氨氮进行了吸附,探讨了活化温度、活化剂浓度、吸附时间、氨氮初始浓度对吸附效果的影响,并进行了吸附热力学和动力学分析。结果表明:活化温度550℃,磷酸质量浓度50%时制备的油茶壳活性炭吸附水中氨氮的效果最佳。吸附过程在6 h左右时达到平衡,符合准二级动力学模型。吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,对氨氮的实际最大吸附量可达到12.51 mg/g。0.1 g的磷酸改性油茶壳活性炭对初始质量浓度为4 mg/L的氨氮废水中氨氮的去除率可以达到90.5%,吸附效果良好。Excessive amounts of ammonia nitrogen in water easily lead to eutrophication of water body,which causes great damages to the natural environment.In this study,phosphoric acid was applied as activating agent and according to different experimental conditions,camellia shell activated carbon was prepared and used for the preparation of camellia shell activated carbon adsorption of ammonia nitrogen in water,to investigate the effects of activation temperature,reagent concentration,adsorption time,initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen on the adsorption,and the analyses of adsorption thermodynamics and kinetics were also conducted.The results showed that,the effect of the preparation of activated carbon adsorption on ammonia nitrogen in the water is the best when the activation temperature was550℃and the concentration of phosphoric acid was50%.The adsorption process reached equilibrium at about6h,in accordance with the quasi two order kinetic model.The adsorption process conformed to the Langmuir isotherm model and the maximum adsorption capacity of ammonia nitrogen could reach12.51mg/g.In the experimental conditions,the removal rate of0.1g of phosphate modified camellia shell activated carbon on the initial concentration of ammonia nitrogen in ammonia wastewater4mg/L could reach90.5%and the adsorption effect was good.
