摘 要:以某药业公司制药废水为原水,以PFS为混凝剂,PAM为助凝剂,在常温下进行混凝实验,考察絮体分形维数和混凝条件以及COD去除率之间的关系。实验结果表明:PFS投加量为700 mg/L,PAM投放量为15 mg/L,原水p H值为7.0时,以200 r/min速度快速搅拌90s后,再以50 r/min的速度慢速搅拌15 min,COD去除率达到61.4%;所得絮体分形维数峰值为2.037,且絮体结构密实,沉降速度快。证明用该混凝法处理高浓度制药废水时,分形维数的变化能很好地反映了絮凝程度及混凝工艺的处理效果。In this study,the wastewater from a pharmaceutical company were taken as the raw water to do coagulation experiments at room temperature,with PFS as coagulant and PAM as the adjuvant.The relationship of the fractal dimension,the coagulation conditions and the COD removal rate was investigated.Experimental results showed that,under the conditions as PFS dosage of700mg/L,PAM dosage of15mg/L,raw water pH7.0,90s of rapid stirring at200r/min and then15min of slow stirring at50r/min,COD removal rate could reach61.4%and the fractal dimension of the obtained fractal dimension was2.037,with a compact structure and fast settling velocity.It was demonstrated that the fractal dimension could reflect the flocculation degree and coagulation effect well in the treatment of high concentration pharmaceutical wastewater by our coagulation process.
