摘 要:将实验室拥有自主知识产权的6株高效降解菌结合活性炭,对武汉某焦化厂生化处理车间的焦化废水进行进一步深度处理。实验结果表明,活性炭是理想的微生物繁殖的场所,炭柱内微生物降解活性较高,能将出水COD最低降低至60 mg/L以下,平均脱除率大于75%;出水UV254可降到0.3左右;出水色度保持在30度左右。紫外光谱图分析结果表明,焦化废水中的大部分有机物得到了有效的降解,其中难降解的长链烷烃也得到了有效的去除。The coking wastewater from one coking plant in Wuhan was further treated by six highly effective strains combined with activated carbon,and the strains had independent intellectual property right.The experimental results showed that activated carbon was an ideal place for the reproduction of microorganisms and the activity of microorganism in activated carbon column was high,in which COD of effluent could be reduced to less than60mg/L,the average removal rate was higher than75%,UV254of effluent could be reduced to about0.3and chromaticity of effluent was stayed at30degrees or so.According to the analysis result of effluent water by UV spectrum,most of the organic compounds in coking wastewater have been effectively degraded and also long chain alkane difficult to be degraded has also been effectively removed.
