摘  要:使用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对轮胎火灾环境下长管拖车气瓶的热响应过程进行数值模拟,得到气体温度、压力以及气瓶温度随时间的变化规律,并基于极限载荷法对火灾环境下气瓶的强度进行有限元分析,计算其爆破压力,预测气瓶爆破时间,对气瓶安全性进行评估。结果表明:轮胎火灾环境下气瓶强度迅速下降,气瓶在安全泄放装置动作前爆破,存在一定的安全隐患。The numerical simulation of thermal response for long tube trailer cylinders exposed to tire fire environment was done with the CFD software FLUENT.Relationships of the gas temperature,pressure and cylinder temperature changing with time were obtained.The finite element analysis for cylinder strength was done based on the limit load method,the blasting pressure of the gas cylinder was also calculated.The blasting time of the gas cylinder was predicted to evaluate the safety of the cylinder.The results indicate that the cylinder strength decreases rapidly exposed to tire fire environment and the gas cylinder blasts before the action of the safety relief device,indicating that there is a potential safety hazard for the gas cylinder exposed to tire fire environment.
