摘　　要：介绍了中铁资源MKM矿业有限责任公司5 kt/a液体二氧化硫装置工艺及主要控制参数。研究了一种快速测定方法,用于分析检测柠檬酸钠吸收液中SO_2含量、游离柠檬酸含量、硫酸根离子含量及柠檬酸总量。检测方法经过实验室和1年多的生产实践的验证,为准确添加柠檬酸和纯碱等原料提供有效指导。The process and main control parameters of5kt/a liquid sulphur dioxide plant of China Railway Resources MKM Mines Co.,Ltd.are introduced.A rapid method for determination of SO2content,free citric acid content,sulfate ion content and total citric acid content in sodium citrate absorption solution was studied.The detection method has been verified by laboratory and more than one year of production practice,which provides an effective guidance for the accurate addition of citric acid and soda ash.
