摘 要:利用1.2 L哈特曼管研究广西区蔗糖粉尘的最小点火能,对3个主要影响因素:蔗糖粉尘质量、点火延迟时间和喷粉压力进行实验。实验结果表明:蔗糖粉尘质量对最小点火能的影响最为明显,随着蔗糖粉尘质量的增加,最小点火能先减小后增大,且在质量为0.5 g时,最小点火能最小;点火延迟时间不同,粉尘的分散程度不同,在最均匀的粉尘云状态时点火,即为最佳点火延迟时间,实验测得为90 ms;蔗糖粉尘的最小点火能随喷粉压力的增加先减小趋向平稳再明显增加。The minimum ignition energy of sugar dust in Guangxi area is studied with1.2L Hartmann tube,and the experiment of three main influence factors(including sugar dust quality,delay time of ignition and powdering pressure)is conducted.The results show that the effect of sugar dust quality on the minimum ignition energy is the most obvious.With the increase of sugar dust quality,the minimum ignition energy will decrease at first and then increase,and the minimum ignition energy will be the lowest with a quality of0.5g.With different ignition delay time and different degree of dust dispersion,it will be the best time for ignition delay when dust cloud is in the most uniform state and the result of experiment is90ms.With the increase of the powdering pressure,the minimum ignition energy of the sugar dust decreases firstly to be stabilized and then obviously increases.
