摘　　要：实物储备与生产能力储备相结合的应急物资混合储备模式是提升应急保障能力、优化社会资源配置的一种有效途径和发展方向。通过理论及算例分析给出了不同条件下的最优储备方案,并揭示了紧急采购价格、生产能力补贴、库存成本及保障能力约束等因素对最优储备方案的影响及其管理启示。The mixed reserve mode of emergency supplies combined with physical reserves and production capacity reserves is an effective way and direction to enhance the emergency support capabilities and optimize the allocation of social resources.Through theoretical and numerical analysis,optimal reserve schemes are presented under different conditions.Moreover,the impacts of emergency purchase price,production capacity subsidy,inventory cost and guaranteed capacity on the optimal reserve schemes as well as their managerial implications are further discussed.
