摘 要:通过对比焚烧法和热解法中李氏禾的减量化和底灰中铬回收率的效果,优选出合适的铬超富集植物李氏禾的产后处置方式。在减量化方面,焚烧法显著优于热解法,焚烧法最高可以减重90.6%。在无添加剂的情况下,焚烧法和热解法的底灰铬回收率均能保持在80%左右,但焚烧法的底灰铬回收率略低于热解法,添加剂沸石和CaO能够使焚烧法的底灰铬回收率高于热解法,沸石可使焚烧法中底灰铬回收率最高达到93.3%。在减量化和底灰铬回收率两个方面,焚烧法比热解法能够有更好的表现,因此焚烧法是一种比热解法更具优势的Cr超富集植物李氏禾的产后处置方法。By comparing the effects of incineration and pyrolysis on quality reduction of Leersia hexandra Swartz and Cr recovery from the bottom ash,this study aims to select the appropriate method to dispose the harvested Cr hyperaccumulator Leersia hexandra Swartz.As for quality reduction,incineration is superior to pyrolysis,which can reduce quality up to90.6%.Cr recovery from the bottom ash by incineration and pyrolysis can both reach about80%when no additives added,and the recovery rate of the bottom ash by incineration is slightly lower than that by pyrolysis method.Additives zeolite and CaO can make Cr recovery by incineration higher than that by pyrolysis and Cr recovery rate by incineration can reach highest to93.3%.In the two aspects of the reduction and the recovery of the bottom gray chromium,the incineration method shows better than the thermal solution and so incineration is a better method than pyrolysis for disposal of Cr hyperaccumulator Leersia hexandra Swartz.
