摘 要:即时合成了含Cr(Ⅵ)的镁铝层状超分子化合物(Mg/Al-Cr(Ⅵ)-LSC),通过X射线衍射、傅立叶变换红外光谱、热重和BET比表面积分析表征其结构,并探讨了对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除机理。结果表明:(1)当Mg、Al摩尔比为2∶1、pH为9.0~10.0、常温反应10min时,废水处理效果最佳,含50.0mg/L Cr(Ⅵ)的实验室废水经一次工艺处理后,Cr(Ⅵ)剩余质量浓度小于0.5mg/L,符合《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)。(2)Mg/Al-Cr(Ⅵ)-LSC中Mg^(2+)、Al^(3+)水解生成氢氧化物构成材料的骨架,废水中CrO_4^(2-)通过静电引力吸附进入层状超分子材料层间,平衡层板的正电荷,并作为层间阴离子被去除。(3)Mg/Al-Cr(Ⅵ)-LSC对Cr(Ⅵ)具有良好的吸附再生性和热稳定性。Laboratory wastewater containing Cr(Ⅵ)was treated by the immediate synthsis of Mg/Al layered superamolecule compounds.The structure of the material and removal mechanism of Cr(Ⅵ)were studied in combination with X-ray diffraction,FT-IR spectra,TG and BET analysis.The results showed that:(1)the optimal removal process of Cr(Ⅵ)were that Mg/Al mole ratio was 2∶1,pH value was 9.0-10.0,the reaction lasted for ten minutes at room temperature.When the Cr(Ⅵ)in laboratory wastewater was 50.0 mg/L,the remaining of Cr(Ⅵ)was less than 0.5 mg/L after a process,and it could reach“Integrated wastewater discharge standards”(GB 8978-1996).(2)The magnesium and aluminum hydroxide from Mg 2+and Al 3+contributed the laminate of superamolecule materials,the CrO 2-4 selectively intercalated into interlayer of superamolecule materials by electrostatic adsorption,and neutralized surface positive charge of laminate.(3)The materials exhibited excellent regeneration-sorption and thermal stability performance to Cr(Ⅵ).
