摘 要:由于营口市存在海水倒灌和管网老化等问题,且营口市污水处理厂常规生物处理工艺对Cl-去除能力较差,导致供给电厂作为冷却用水的Cl-浓度超标。通过对比4种脱氯工艺的流程和技术特点、经济效能、脱氯效果,确定反渗透脱氯工艺可用于营口市污水处理厂再生水脱低氯的改造工艺方案,春、夏、秋季可采用反渗透脱氯工艺处理2/3(体积分数,下同)的二级出水,再与1/3的二级出水进行混合,冬季则处理全部二级出水,处理后出水Cl-可满足《城镇污水再生利用工程设计规范》(GB 50335—2016)中再生水用作冷却用水的要求,达到节约投资和运行成本的效果。Due to the existence problems of seawater intrusion and pipelines aging in Yingkou and that the conventional biological treatment process of Yingkou wastewater treatment plant was not good at chloride ion removal,there were still excessive concentration of chloride ion in reuse water for power plant.By compared the technical characteristics,economic efficiencies and dechlorination effects of four kinds dechlorination processes,the reverse osmosis process could be used to remove the chloride ion from wastewater and improve the quality of reuse water.The treatment capacity was varied according to the influent concentration of chloride ion of different seasons.During the spring,summer and autumn season,the treatment capacity was 2/3 of the influent water.While in winter,the chloride ion concentration of influent water was high so that all capacity of the wastewater would be treated.The optimal process of the reverse osmosis had the effect of saving investment and operating costs,while the effluent water could also meet the demand of“Urban wastewater reclamation engineering design code”(GB 50335-2016).
