摘 要:目的了解流感嗜血杆菌耐药性的变化趋势,为临床经验治疗提供参考依据。方法对山东省立医院2012~2016年临床分离流感嗜血杆菌进行回顾性分析进行,采用WHONET 5.6软件进行数据统计。结果 2012~2016年共分离非重复流感嗜血杆菌503株,通过对9种药物的检测来看,氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、复方新诺明的耐药率呈现逐年增高的趋势,且儿童分离株的耐药率明显高于成人分离株(P<0.05);共分离出β-内酰胺酶阳性菌株305株,占60.6%,产酶菌株的对各种药物的耐药率均明显高于非产酶菌株。结论流感嗜血杆菌对大多数抗菌药物的耐药率呈逐年增高的趋势,不同人群的耐药情况存在差异,抗生素的合理使用可以减少耐药菌株的出现。Objective To understand the changing trend of drug resistance of Haemophilus influenzae,aiming to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods The strains of Haemophilus influenzae isolated from Shandong Provincial Hospital between2012and2016were retrospectively analyzed.WHONET5.6software was used for data analysis.Results From2012to2016,a total of503strains of Haemophilus influenzae were isolated.According to the drug resistance test of nine antibiotics,the drug resistant rate of Haemophilus influenzae to ampicillin,ampicillin/sulbactam,compound sulfamethoxazole was increased year by year.The drug resistant rate of the strains isolated from children was significantly higher than that of the strains from adults(P<0.05).A total of305strains(60.6%)withβ-lactamase were isolated.The drug resistant rate of the strains withβ-lactamase was significantly higher compared with that of the strains withoutβ-lactamase.Conclusions The drug resistant rate of Haemophilus influenzae shows an increasing trend year by year.The drug resistance differs among different populations.Rational use of antibiotics can reduce the emergence of drug resistant strains.
