摘 要:西藏藏毯产业经历数量增长、质量提升、研发和品牌创新、产业整合四个动态演进阶段。当前产业层面在采购、订单、价格标准三方面问题突出;企业层面存在人才和品牌创新两大瓶颈;政策层面存在较难实施等问题。为此,为实现西藏藏毯产业持续发展,必须充分发挥政府和协会引领作用,增强现有资产利用效率,细化产业园区功能,借助"一带一路"机遇,依托"互联网+藏毯"战略思想实现藏毯产业供给侧改革,以"工匠精神"打造藏毯精品。The Tibet carpet industry experienced four major steps:1)growth of quantity;2)promotion of quality;3)research and development,brand innovation;and4)industrial integration.Today,procurement,order and standardization of price are three major challenges at the industry level;lack of talent and brand innovation are the two prominent issues at enterprise level;policy implementation has been an overall problem for the industry as well.Therefore,it is essential to mobilize government and association's leading roles;to strengthen efficiency of existing funds;to refine the functions of industrial parks;to utilize“the Belt and Road”project opportunity;and to rely on“Internet Plus”strategy in order to realize the supply-side reform in Tibetan carpet industry.
