摘  要:按照产业组织的有效竞争理论,基于我国目前的市场大环境和保险产业结构,中小财险公司单纯的价格竞争基本是无效率的,其发展路径应该是以有效竞争为框架,即在提高服务质量、开发差异化产品的前提下,通过价格竞争来提高竞争效率。After analysis by using theoretical discussion,case study,and data model examination,the paper concluded that,in the current general market environment and within the insurance industry structure,according to the effective competition theory of industrial organization,the price competition of small and medium financial insurance companies is basically ineffective.These companies’development should follow a framework of effective competition,namely,using price as a means of completion on the premise of improved quality of service and differentiated products.
