无痛胃镜应用于高血压患者的安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析无痛胃镜应用于高血压患者的安全性。方法选择2016年1月~2017年6月在我院行胃镜检查的患者200例为研究对象,100例患者采用普通胃镜检查为对照组,100例患者采用无痛胃镜检查为观察组。比较两组不同时间点平均中心动脉压、心率及血氧饱和度,比较两组不良反应及耐受情况。结果观察组在T1时间点平均动脉压有所下降,心率也有所下降,对照组在T1时间点平均动脉压、心率显著升高,与观察组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在T2时间点,对照组平均动脉压及心率均有所下降,但对照组仍然显著高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组无呛咳、躁动、呕吐、恶心情况发生,仅有3例有咽部不适,对照组均有恶心、咽部不适,76例呛咳,42例躁动,73例呕吐,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组仅有3例轻微不适,对照组有27例轻微不适,21例难以耐受,52例明显不适,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者采用无痛胃镜检查对血流动力学影响小,不良反应少。Objective To analyze the safety of painless gastroscopy applied in hypertension patients.Methods200patients who underwent gastroscopy examination in our hospital during January2016to June2017were chosen as research subjects.100cases treated with common gastroscopy were set as control group,and100cases treated with painless gastroscopy were set as experimental group.The mean central arterial pressure in different time points,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,adverse reactions and tolerance between two groups were compared.Results The mean arterial pressure and heart rate declined in experimental group at T1.And the mean arterial pressure and heart rate raised significantly in control group at T1,and the difference compared with experimental group was significant(P<0.05).Both mean arterial pressure and heart rate declined in control group at T2,but still higher than those in experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No buking,dysphoria,vomit,nausea occurred in experimental group,and only3cases had throat discomfort.All patients in the control group had nausea and throat discomfort.There were76cases of buking,42cases of dysphoria,73cases of vomit,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There were only3in experimental group.There were27cases of slight discomfort,21cases of unbearable discomfort and52cases of obvious discomfort in control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Painless gastroscopy applied in hypertension patients has less impact to hemodynamics and fewer adverse reactions.
